• All guests keep their creations they made with a supplied velvet jewellery pouch to keep them stored in.

• Perfect for kids ages 5 & up, teens & adults (We tailor our jewellery making offerings to the age and interests of the guest).

• Event Entertainment Delivered to client’s desired location (Travel fees apply*)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All beads, components & materials unused from the function are and remain the property of A Touch of Gems

Prices quoted and are Subject to Change without notice and are valid for 5 days from date of quotation.

A 50% non refundable deposit is payable upon booking and remainder of balance is required 10 days prior to the function. For events booked within 7 days from date of event require full payment with confirmed numbers. 

No changes can be made after confirmation and no responsibility for absent guests or no-show guests.

Booking Fee is non-refundable

If you wish to change the date of the event booked, please contact us ASAP to arrange and we will try to accommodate you.

Should you wish to cancel the beading party booked after paid in full, the amount will be credited to use within a year, any cancellations on the day of event will not be credited.

All functions booked will receive an email confirmation with receipt of payment and terms and conditions. 

All Prices Quoted include mobile party service, setup, and beading host staff.

We require a parent/guardian present during the party at all times & accept no responsibility for accidents or injuries sustained during our parties.

Travel Fee May Apply and will be discussed prior to booking We accept payments in Bank Transfer.

Any additional guests on the day will be charged accordingly and discussed prior to commencement of party

A Touch of Gems holds a Working with Children Check as well as Public Liability Insurance and First Aid

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the use of small beads and components children under the age of 5 are not permitted to participate in the Beading Party due to health and safety reasons.
